Meet the Doctor
Dr. William King-Lewis, MD, FAAFP
Board-certified Family Medicine physician and Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, currently serving as a Senior Medical Officer in the United States Navy. His background spans more than six years of urgent care and occupational medicine alongside operational medical leadership. After a career of service that gave his family the freedom to plant new roots, he and his wife chose the Mayfair Community, New Braunfels for what matters most: community, family, and freedom. This clinic is not a franchise or a satellite. It is a neighbor’s practice, built where its founder lives.
Our Story
Mayfair Primary Care was founded by Dr. William King-Lewis, a military veteran physician who, after years of witnessing the bureaucracy and breakdowns of modern healthcare, decided to build something better in the place he chose to call home. He and his wife relocated to the Mayfair Community in New Braunfels, Texas, to be closer to their family. It was there he envisioned a practice grounded in trust, accessibility, and clinical integrity.
